Thermofoil-Matte
Thermofoil doors and drawer fronts are constructed from one piece of 3/4" thick medium density fiberboard. The profile detail is routed into the fiberboard which is then covered with a 12 mil. thermofoil material. This process results in durable doors and drawer fronts. Thermofoil-Gloss
Thermofoil styles consist of durable vinyl overlays thermally sealed to natural wood fiberboard. The result is a surface that is stain and scratch-resistant and very easy to clean. Thermofoil styles have consistent color, gloss and surface quality from edge to edge. It is scratch, mar and water resistant and won't chip or crack. Thermofoil is made from PVC which is one of the most versatile polymers.
